The design of this addition included 4,000 sf of bare shell lease space; and a 1,000 sf finished expansion to the existing law firm's office. The addition is constructed to allow the flexibility of making the law office expansion an independent rental space with its own segregated utilities. The one story structure is wood frame with engineered roof trusses. The truss design utilizes an attic configuration where the building's HVAC equipment is located. The exterior has asphalt shingle roofing with cementitious clapboard siding and solid PVC trim boards for durability and reduced maintenance.
