4,000 sf tenant fit-up. The scope of this project included a coordinated effort to build the new building structure for the landlord and to perform the interior finish work for the dental office tenant simultaneously. Initially, we were in agreement to break ground in the spring. A lease situation of the dental operation forced the commencement just as the frost began to set in. The project had to be completed by the end of April so the dental facility did not have any disruption to patient services.
The work started below the concrete floor slab with accurate placement of conduits and medical plumbing to each of the dental chairs. The interior finishes include custom casework and moldings, drywall including vaulted archways and millwork for window walls allowing the patients visual access to the lab areas. The staff was provided with a fully equipped break room with a storage space for their personal belongings during the day.
